I’m Jason Lewis, an MCIPD qualified and experienced senior HR leader with a long track record of delivering people‑centred transformation, organisational stability and pragmatic solutions within the public sector. I live on a farm in the beautiful Powys countryside with my wife Julia and dog Loti. After many years operating at HR Director level, I have founded Trevaughan HR Solutions Ltd to offer organisations flexible, high‑impact support when they need it most.
